Upgrade Python2 to Python3

Can I just install Python3 on a Ubuntu 18.04 server running ZM 1.32 or do I have to do something with the running version of Python2 first to ensure that ZM keeps running?

ZM doesn't use python. SO go ahead.

zmeventserver uses python... but I think it already wants python3
