Hign charge CPU after few day

I'm French and my English is not very good so I apologize in advance !

I turn to you because I have a problem with the CPU load. First I will introduce you to my configuration :

I have a nuc i3 where Proxmox is installed, on proxmox I installed debian 9 then zoneminder V1.30.4, everything runs correctly for a few days and then the CPU load goes up very high, the problem seems to come from "ZMC -m 4 ", everything works properly after a reboot, do you know how to solve the problem definitively?
