Addition of Navbox to the Wiki

I'd like to create navigation boxes for the wiki but this requires some changes to be made by an administrator. I documented what is required for nav boxes on my wiki at steakwiki.com/index.php/Mediawiki I have wiki access so I think I can add the Template and Module pages required, but I probably can't edit common.css, or add the scribunto extension. Note that my guide was done with a recent mediawiki install (1.33) so the steps I outlined might not be 100%. Can we get navbox added to the wiki?
