Sending an Email when ERRor is logged only

Hi All, have been running Zoneminder for a while now but noticed this morning that my camera was not recording from the console view and found that the link from camera to server was down. Restarted the connection and all again was well, BUT obviously not sure how long it was out and wondered how could have ERR Messages from the log send to via email for future issues, has any one got ideas how it can be done and maybe a step thru guide as I have searched from and searched google to no avail. As my camera records 24x7 I have not need for any other type of alerts but ERR issues etc.

I have syslog logging set to warning and use logcheck to monitor syslog and email it to me.

So google logcheck and logwatch.
