I am not sure is this the right channel to contact.

I am planning to set zoneminder as nvr for 30+ cameras. I want to give access to 250+ clients to watch live streaming using zmNinja. Is there a way where we can pay for license for all these clients for using the zmNinja app.

Also can we work on some good pricing for the app.

There isn't an easy way, best to have your customers directly but it from the play store. That way they will get updates.I think Google allowed bulk purchases at one time, but discontinued it. Managing on my own is a pain, especially for low volumes - not worth the extra effort to be honest.

Basically We'll be developing an app which will allow the users to login and depending upon their login name they'll allowed to live view a camera.

So basically this customised app will in turn open zmNinja app to view the respective feed.

Is this doable ? Any pointers ?

Also any suggestion for Hardware requirement for the ZM Server for monitoring and recording 30+ cameras with 250+ users watching live stream.

This is my first exposure to the world for NVR. Any feedback is welcomed.

Can one app launch another app: Yes, sure.
But what prevents your user to start zmNinja on its own and side step your app?

I think a much better way is for you to modify zmNinja code and do what you want. I do offer a source code license. You can send an email to pliablepixels/gmail/com

On your ZM server recommendations, you should post in the ZM 1.34 forums or ask in ZM's slack channel for advice.
