Keeps crashing at 97% and the ESX host powers down the vm saying "There is not enough space" I have plenty of space, not sure what is going on.

Nobody knows? From what I posted does it look like I have any space issues? I don't see it but if you do maybe point it out to me please?

Look to a forum for the VM you are using. Should not be Zoneminder issue. You could also try not using a VM.
