FD up login credentials installing zmninja

HI all.
Not sure what I did but I screwed up login credentials somehow.
I installed zmninja on my cell.
zmninja works fine. my username and password work and I can log in and view everything as normal with the zmninja app.

But. Using the exact same username and password with a web based browser my login comes back as invalid.
I am positive the username and password are correctly entered. But I cannot login. I get invalid username and password no matter what browser I try.
What the heck did I do to screw up?

got it.
using phpmyadmin I scrolled until I saw this

OPT_USE_GOOG_RECAPTCHA

It was enabled. ???

I dont know how that happened but anyway its back to normal now.
