video footage (live or not) not showing in NMNinja

Hi ZMers,
I am using for the first time, running 1.34.9 and in the ZM console I can view live stream and playback clips via audit events report.
However, both in ZMNinja desktop app and mobile app, I can see the screenshots of capture moments, I cannot access 'Footage' or 'Live view' in monitors - all I get is black/grey screens.

Any help gratefully appreciated!

It is almost always one of these points: (and typically, your cgi-bin is wrong in zmNinja)

that's exactly what it was. I had to remove ZM and then it has been ok.
