Audio dropped when using X264 Encode?

I Recently changed my settings to X264 Encode to enable timestamps to be seen when viewing recordings or downloading video but I noticed that the audio which previously worked (using H264 Passthrough), does not come through anymore. Is this typical or am I missing a setting which will allow me to view my timestamps and have audio come through in my recordings? The attached image is my current settings. Thanks.

At the moment audio only works with passthrough.
