Filters : Help ! uninitialized value in substitution

I've verified everything, but still have the issue.
I don't know what to do ...
May be another missing PERL module, but witch one

I'll have to research that script abit more to find out what is required for that small portion unless Phil gets back on this before I get there, I'll let ya know.

No you should not need to adjust anything else that I am aware of in php.ini as this is not a php problem.
This is an issue in perl and my perl foo is very low.
Check and see if you have perl-Unicode-String ( Unicode::String )installed.

Also check and make sure the paths are correct at the top of your zmfilter.pl (the use constant lines) just in case. Otherwise I'm running out of ideas.

I'm desesperate ...
Unicode::String is installed and my paths are correct ...
Could it be an issue with PERL module version ?
But i've installed and installed again the needed PERL module, then i presume i have the good version of this module ...

Is Phil in vacation ?

In Options->Email do you have values in ZM_EMAIL_TEXT and ZM_MESSAGE_TEXT?

Are they the original ones, or have you modified them? Perhaps you can post them here so I can see if I can reproduce your problem.

Can you also verify that you are not getting any ZM errors in your main log files (e.g. /var/log/messages usually).

Hi Phil,

No this is not the original field content, i've customized for me but quite simple. i'll send you image of the email config.

When i've tried the first time to use email notification, i got errors with zmfilter.pl about PERL module, i've installed the necessary module and after that no more errors about PERL module, but errors messages that you can see in my post from Thu Sep 08.

About my email notification problem.
I got a new 80GB harddrive for test yesterday, reinstalled CENTOS from scratch with all package i think necessary, reinstalled ZM, installed some PERL module like MIME::xxx and other one and it's working well now ...

You might be able to generate a list of installed packages for both installations and compair the two. Any modules installed via CPAN you would need to create a list for as well.
