Time and Date display on Web Banner?

I just upgraded from 1.30 to 1.34.16 and miss the time and date at the top of the web banner (useful when taking screenshots of the Console).

Is there a way to enable this, perhaps by using an argument in WEB_CONSOLE_BANNER?

I suppose we could make it possible to contain arbitrary php code...

And/or add Time and Date as an option to show/hide under Web Options. Thanks!
