How to change default recording title

I noticed that file metadata has titles set to "Zoneminder Security Recording".
I'd like to set this to something like the company name or location address so that downloaded videos for law-enforcement will have this in metadata by default. Anyone know how to change this?

This is currently hard coded.

Thanks. So , hard coded as in no GUI method. Is there a config file or database entry I could edit for this?
