Formatting a dedicated HDD

I've found that default Ubuntu ext4 format wastes about half of the of the real estate in the ZM environment.
I wanted to add the above subject just above this:

but can't seem to create the page. Although I did manage to make a red link, but it doesn't create a new page, so maybe it's not a link.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
