Ok, last update before I turn in.
1. Reduced the number of buffers from 40 to 25 for each source. No diff.
2. Set env vars ZM_DBG_PRINT and ZM_DBG_LEVEL to 3, then went through zmdc.log and split out the 4 zmc outputs by PID (available at http://salem/dyndns.org/zmlogs). Grepped looking for differing image sizes from one instance of zmc, everything looks OK, ie, each instance stuck to the same image.
I guess the next thing for me is to fire up Ethereal and see what's actually being sent to the browser. That's a job for tomorrow evening. 'Night.
