ALERT - Major UI Changes - Work in Progress
Re: ALERT - Major UI Changes - Work in Progress
after looking at the source being produced it appears all the selections are being generated but are not being displayed.
The blue highlighted position is where the <option> tags should be but appear to be generated on the CSS class above it and never are displayed in the drop down container. Or something like that....

Options -> Storage -> Storage popup has been un-popup'ed and made into a modal. Works on my end, but please test adding and removing storage. Make successive changes can be done, and they are saved to the correct server id e.g. changing storage "3" doesn't save to "2", etc.

Re: ALERT - Major UI Changes - Work in Progress
All - I just finished my first pass on a re-write of the log view, which uses the new bootstrap table.
While we test, I have added it as "newlog" view. That way if there is a problem with it, you can always fall back to the old log view.
To get to it, you must manually enter the view in your browser: ?view=newlog.
Filtering the list is now done from the search bar on the top right or from the Advanced Search modal, which you get to by clicking the down chevron in the toolbar.
You should be able to do everything you previously did from the toolbar. That was the goal anyway. Let me know if any functionality is missing.
UPDATE: If the page does not load properly, the first thing to do is clear your browser cache!

Re: ALERT - Major UI Changes - Work in Progress
I updated the row colors in the newlog view to use the former colors. The Bootstrap background colors were a bit too bright, as you can see from the screenshot in the previous post.

Re: ALERT - Major UI Changes - Work in Progress
I haven't received any feedback regarding the new log view. I assume everything is working fine, and will replace the old log view with the new in a couple days time.

The newlog view has now become log view, overwriting the former log view.

Re: ALERT - Major UI Changes - Work in Progress
I just converted the local camera settings pop-up to a modal. I don't have a local camera to test. Would someone running master from Oct 4 or newer please click the settings button from the watch view and verify the color settings button still work.

What is the camera source type?

It would be great if some of these input fields were double the size on some and a little more for others
it is an older Panasonic BL-C131A for zm testing at home

Working as intended.
The Settings button is only for local cameras. This behavior has not changed since the first days of zoneminder.
