1.34 or 1.35

Post by jacha05 »

Hi.

Should I go with version 1.35 or 1.34? Or is just 1.35 "beta"?

1.35 is bleeding edge development so unless you need some feature that is in 1.35, stick with 1.34.

Hello, I am new to Zoneminder but like it and plan to use it. I need the ability to have cameras on two different network interfaces. I am running that now and believe that is the reason the ONVIF probe never finds anything even when I can use the ONVIF driver manager tool to configure these cameras. I was thinking from what I read here that v1.35 might help this issue.

Is V1.35 still planned for an October 2020 release date?

1.35 lets you select the network to scan so yes it will help.

No, I think January 1st is more likely.

Thanks for the reply.

As I'm just building things I might try the development package in a VM.
