What is the best option for notifcations of motion

I have zoneminder working perfect, also have ZMNinja on my cell phone.

It seems I can generate notifications of motion direct on my cameras, or in zoneminder? or in ZMNinja?

What is the general best way to do this? What is the most common. I have 8 cameras in my system.

If ZM is working perfectly and you just want notifications, then look at ZMES as it works well with ZMNinja (as you’d expect).
