genbolt rstp:/.../11, protocol not found?

Just started trying to use zoneminder and a new camera GenBolt GB209H.
Looking at other posts setup using FFMPEG and source path rstp://name:password@ipaddress/11
with TCP.

Get logs from component zmc_m1

"Unable to open input rstp://..../11 due to: Protocol not found" file zm_ffmpeg_camera.cpp line 393

also "Failed to prime capture of initial monitor" file zmc.cpp line 257

and the console tab says "Not capturing".

I can log in to the camera on windows and see the video working.
I can log in on Linux, but the image display does not work.

This is all Greek to me. Any suggestions?

Sorry folks - finger trouble caused this: rtsp -> rstp
