Getting Started with Iphone issues

I have Zone minder installed and running on my Unraid server with no problems.
I just downloaded the iphone app and i am having a hard time setting it up.
basically i checked this video on youtube " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9Jpy-kQokE&t=38s " it seems simple but stuck at portal login.
I created a user name and password saved it and restarted my ZM.
i used the wizard setup just like the video but i keep getting " portal login was unsuccessful please go back and review your setting"

I am not sure what is wrong, do you have some setting i need to change in ZM web interface?
