Timestamp missing on events

I just noticed on live view I see the timestamp overlay, on the event thumbnail preview I see the timestamp overlay. When I play or export the event the overlay is missing.
I thought maybe the video was being cropped slightly, so I moved the overlay out of the corner. It is missing.
I think it could be some configuration thing with the camera, but I am not sure where to look. I do not see anything else to try in the config window.

Any suggestions to help?

The details:
5 cameras - 3-8MP, only the 8MP camera is missing the timestamp
all 5 using h.264 passthrough
all Amcrest cameras
Ubuntu 18.04
ZM 1.34.23
