Cannot built latest master on Ubuntu 16.04 xenial

Hello

I believe ,that ffmpeg libraries that ppa is installing on ubuntu 16.04 are not capable for hardware acceleration , so I'm trying to build from source with the latest ffmpeg 4 witch do hardware acceleration (vaapi)!

Please look at the build process below and help me to find the reason that it fails.

The submodule for CRUD got reverted back to our version which we deleted.

I have fixed master. Try again.
