Zoneminder master 1.35.21~20210316201259-focal , USB camera monitor problem [Solved]

I have tested the latest release of Zoneminder master 1.35.21~20210316201259-focal ( released today) with a network ip camera and a USB camera.

The network ip camera monitor is working properly .

But the USB camera monitor has a blank streaming view.

Although the monitor streaming is not viewable ,when you change the monitor to Record , recordings can be viewed as follows

Other observations:-
The filters can't be saved.
Modect and Mocord are not working

I've been seeing the same since last week. Also javascript in the web gui not working. I also have the same version installed and seeing several variations of those errors.

There is no luck even with the latest Zoneminder master 1.35.21~20210317131009-focal .

The monitor problem is solved in the latest Zoneminder master 1.35.21~20210317171513-focal released today !
