The issue has been resolved. Thank you asker for helping me fix the issue. For anyone's reference:
The following changes worked:

Video Writer set to Encode

OutputCodec set to h264

Encoder set to libx264

They are located in the storage tab. That should allow you to download and view the videos on zmNinja using your iPhone.
