The same issue has been reported here: https://github.com/ZoneMinder/zoneminder/issues/3340
If you've updated or changed any browser add-ons recently then that might be what's causing it.

I do not solve my problem yet, but there is no problem with firefox without add-ons on the computer dedicated to zoneminder. I ask this computer from an other one in the same LAN and the problem do not come with opera, but with firefox even if i disable the add-ons. Not finish to investigate. I am afraid that i have to remove the add-ons.

Flash and Video Download , Mate Translate , Print Edit WE that i was using without difficulties a few weeks ago causes now the problem.
Save Page WE , Video DownloadHelper , ImTranslator are OK.
What appens ?
