Zonemind master 1.37.1~20211007123827-hirsute can't change v4l control settings

I have tested the latest Zoneminder master 1.37.1~20211007123827-hirsute with a web camera .

I have observed that the v4l control settings can not be changed . The error logs are given below .

The problem still prevails in the latest " Zoneminder-master latest 1.37.1~20211013160809 " as well

Try latest.

We are now using v4l2-ctl to get all the various settings and min/maxes and if it isn't installed, we got no results. I have added back some defaults so behaviour should be restored.

Best to install v4l2-ctl though for best experience.
