zmfilter in multi server setup

Hi all,

Is it possible to disable zmfilter in multi server setup?
For example, I don't want the filters to be executed on all servers in order to save IO operations on slower machines

I actually implemented this once but lost the code before merging.

I do plan a bunch more work on filters sometime soon. Unfortunately I'm having to focus on paid work at the moment.
