I installed zoneminder 1.36.12 on ubuntu 20.04.3 with Isaac Connor's PPA packages.
I managed to install 6 cameras, such as "camera passthrogh" and configured it not to save JPEGS, and in the default Storage area.
I configured the monitor as a record and the events are being generated.
The problem is that I can't watch or download the events, when I open the event I get the message:
Event was not found at /var/cache/zoneminder/events/1/2021-12-15/7. It is unlikely that playback will be possible.
But the video files exist in the file system and are not corrupted.
Does anybody know how to solve this?

maybe a time zone issue?

Also check ownership and permissions allow your web user (www-data) to access those files.

I added the timezone in php.ini and the problem was fixed.
