/var/log/messages fills up

Hi,

I'm getting the following in messages:

Oct  9 05:32:03 lorlie zmc_m8[18244]: ERR [Found unsupported content type '?·Í?·Þ?·2?·=?·¢?·Ä?·?·è?·«?··?·J?·Ñ?·Ö?·?·I?·?·¨?·Õ?··Ò?·+?·Ä?·?·¯?··

There's no real problem regarding ZM, but my logs are filling up to GB sizes and filling the /var partition.

Is there a way to restrict this logging?

I assume your using ip cameras?
If so if you slect use reg exp in options and it should stop

2 Axis 206W's and 2 D-Link DCS-2100+'s.

The D-Link are crap, the Axis cameras rock... see http://www.zoneminder.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4523 for a more detailed opinion!

just curous cos i have just tried blc10's and 206, and im moving over to 206's
