Eye Sight IP609IW Camera Control working on ZM v1.36.26

I struggled with this oddball Eye Sight IP609IW camera for a day trying to get the PZT working

I ended up using:

loginuse=admin&loginpas=XXXX

See attached screenshot.

I am hoping this helps someone else because I couldn't find it anywhere

Thank you to others who have posted and helped other folks because I got quite a bit of information from reading those posts and the doc's on ZoneMinder.
