Lost Access to zm Local Web Interface - Apache2 Default Page Works Fine

Post by fvalley2 »

Hello,

Was having an issue with alert in logs related to filter 2 - Check Disk Space. Error said issue was related E. DateTime and mysql so I checked and made sure sytem time matched mysql, it didn't so I rest both but error came back.

Wasn't able to fix so made a change to date time in zm Options. Can't recall exactly what I changed, it was minor, formatting I think, was just trying to make sure all time date formats the same for zm, system and mysql. After reboot, no more web console. Ssh says zm running, chrome error http error 500. Firefox give no error, just nothing. Apache2 default page works as expected.

Anyway to save without reinstalling?

Look for errors in your logs, especially Apache.
