AddMonitor button disabled problem

AddMonitor button disabled problem

When installing ZM, a USB camera was added normally, but after that, the AddMonitor button has been disabled. Now other webcams cannot be added. How can I solve this problem?

You don’t state a version and seem to post in 1.34 and 1.36. Some versions have had bugs.

The version I installed is 1.36.26.

1.36.32 is current. There's also 1.32.33 proposed.
