I have 1.36.33 of ZM running on 20.04.5 Ubuntu.
Is it an issue to do a release upgrade to 22.04.1 of Ubuntu, or will I need to reinstall ZM etc.?

Not likely a problem, but back up your database if you don’t have one, just in case.
