video could not be loaded

Hi

I have 3 cameras. To "real" hikvision, and one annke camera. The models are not 1:1..

For the 2 hikvisions, if I want to review the recording of an event everything is fine. But if I do the same with the annke camera, I get the following error:

"The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed, or because the format is not supported".
The codec is set to auto (for all cameras), if I change the annke to MJPEG, the video loads. I get the same error if I select MP4. So it seems that it defaults to MP4, even though its not supported. Funny thing is this works on the "real" hikvision camera.

Probably the codec on the Annke.

Aaaah.. Its because the camera is passthrough.

It's h265, on the top right change codec to mjpeg and it should play. You can set this as default under Monitor->Misc->DefaultCodec
