Filter condition for alarmed zone

Post by Eckat »

Hello together 👋

I have been using Zoneminder in version v1.36.33 for a while.
Now I wanted to create more specific filters to better delete unnecessary recorded events.

Filtering by the conditions like time, monitor ID, alarmed frames and archive status are no problem and work as expected.

However, I have a monitor where I also want to filter by the alarmed zones.
As an example I have the zones left, right, top and bottom.
Now I want to filter the events that do not have "top" as the alarmed zone.

My attempts to filter on "Alarmed Zone" were as follows.
1.) "not equal to" top
2.) "does not match" top
3.) "not in set" top
4.) "is not" top
5.) "does not contain" top
Each time 128 matches are found, but all of them always contain "top" as the alarmed zone. Sometimes only "top", but often also together with other zones 🤔

Does anyone here know advice?

Many thanks and greetings
Carsten

I may not have completely implemented filtering by zone... at the time I wanted to match events that had motion on the top zone, not ones without.

OK, I understand.
That is not a problem. I am reassured that it does not seem to be a user error 😉 .
