Hi all,
My ZM is up&running successfully, but I need to watch a camera in fullscreen while ZM is running, to watch what is happening in that moment... when I try with xawtv it works, but the video is "fluttering" all time, I think it is so why ZM is switching che channel continuously... is there a utility that I can use?

not at the moment the only way to view the image is via the web. I am looking at making a linux vb app that can view the stream from zm, but its a while off yet. The best option is for someone to write an app to get the images from shared mem but none of us are caperble at the mo

but in the browser in playes a stream.. right? ..than.. when I've a program that takes that stream and decode it... than I'm ok!
..Knows anyone what encoding/protocol uses zoneminder to stream the videos? i've tryed to play the stream with mplayer (cgi-bin/zms), but it says that the stream is not seekable... what does that mean?

you can play mpeg streams but you need to get the url correct. If you set in options to stream in mpeg then get the url that should play in an mpeg player. Normally zm streams mjpeg. You can write an app to play the mjpeg or mpeg streams
