Is there any software to turn Android phone to IPCam?

Is there any software to turn Android phone to IPCams, that ZM can connects to it through LAN?
If so, the old mobile phone at home can be used.

Google says IP Webcam does it.

Nope. Your best bet is to write an app yourself.
Can't help you with that as Android keeps changing functions and architecture to f*ck with people and I don't know my way around anymore. Essentially, access the camera, create and direct the stream to where you need it and then configure zm to do the rest.
