ZoneMinder 1.36.33 Performance Issues

Hi, and thanks guys for all the help you are giving me.

I have done a side-by-side upgrade from 1.34.26 to 1.36.33. I am not using containers; it's a straight OS installation in both cases.
Due to this, I can test the two versions in the same environment.

I'm experiencing performance problems with the new server. I'm thinking of reinstalling the server and installing 1.34.26, hoping it works without troubleshooting.

Or is this an easy fix?

That image can be caused by either not enough cpu or dropped udp packets. WHen you upgraded did you read the release notes? There were changes. Settings should have been automatically updated, but sometimes are not. The main one is MaxImageBuffers should be a reasonable value and ImageBuffers should be low, like 3-5. In the past it was large, and so you may now be using double the amount of ram.
