[SOLVED] Event playback no video

Good morning,

Debian 11, kernel 6.1, ZM v1.36.33.

When i click console > camera name > event, to playback any of the events i get no video but only audio. The codec under Auto and MP4 show no video but MJPEG does. All the thumbnails are present and show up.

I usually use the montage review which usually works fine.

Logs throw the following errors..

I can go into the filesystem and the video works fine.

Any help would be appreciated, or if anyone needs any more information.

UPDATE: Looks like it was a simple browser issue. I tried in chrome on the server and it did the aforementioned then tried on my windows desktop with chrome and it worked perfectly.

If anyone has any suggestions as to get the server chrome working that would be appreciated. I will probably just try a few different ones.

We often forget: Clear browser cache on (especially major) updates if you see weird stuff.

It is h265. Your browsers can't play h265. Newer versions of chrome running on the right hardware may play it. Safari on macs can as well.
