Compatible cameras for 24/7 streaming

Hello everyone!

I am looking for camera recommendations that fulfill the following criteria:

1. ZoneMinder compatible
2. Allows for 24/7 streaming (RTSP basically)
3. Works over cellular network (3G/4G LTE; preferably can use foreign SIM card)
4. Solar or battery powered (enough capacity to not have to charge daily)

I know I am looking for the holy grail, but I am willing to compromise quality.
In my research, I found a Hikvision and a newly released Reolink, but they are in the +$1000 range.

Any recommendations or advice is highly appreciated.

Following. Searching for the same holy grail. I don't think any COTS solar cameras will cut it. I'm looking now for any ZM compatible camera that's powered by a 5VDV usb power supply.....because that's super easy to modify to run off solar/power brick. So far I've had zero luck. Will probably have to go with a 12VDC camera, but that means more work to get it to work with solar.
