[SOLVED] Video slider for skipping forward/backward stops working

Thanks to Issac and his team that Zoneminder 1.36 on Debian works so well for me in the last few years. I decided to be a little more adventurous and updated to 1.37. It is great that CPU load drops a lot. There were a few quirks including Montage Review not working, which was reported here.

MY QUESTION: After a flesh install of 1.37, I found that the video slider for skipping forward/backward stops working. I wonder if there is a quick fix for it. Later upgrades up to 1.37.61~20240610.102-bookworm did not solve the problem. Web browsers used are Chrome and Safari.

N.B. Commands used are:
sudo systemctl daemon-reload
sudo systemctl restart zoneminder

I have upgraded to v1.36.64 today and the slider is working again.
