where did the EMail filter action go in v1.37?

I want to use email to notify me of motion events. i see reference (eg, viewtopic.php?p=126956) to an Email action flag on the filter, but don't see one in my v1.37.62 interface.
i suppose hacking some script to execute would be possible, but...? Or am I missing something else?

YOu might just need to turn the feature on in options. Options->Email
