How to clear 'non increasing dts' error message?

Post by Legion4 »

Hello!

I'm getting lots of warnings messages in my log that look like this:
  • non increasing dts, fixing. our dts 27882000 stream 0 last_dts 27882216 difference 216 last_duration 9009. reorder_queue_size=500
The messages come from a single camera and I can't figure out how to eliminate the issue. I've tried to increase the reorder_queue_size to 500. I've tried to reduce the FPS to 10. Right now the camera is set to 10 FPS, H.264H, CBR-1024. ZM is set to MoCord with Analysis disabled. The error messages seem to come in about 30 in three minutes, then no warnings for ~10 minutes.

The camera is a LNZ3522.
ZM is version v1.36.34.
OS is Ubuntu 24.04
Server is a dedicated PC running an AMD 4600 processor, built this year.
Server load right now is 0.85.
Camera Source in ZM is set to: rtsp://admin:admin@192.168.0.218:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0&unicast=true&proto=Onvif
ONVIF setting section is empty.
Capture resolution is 1920x1080, 32 bit color.
Video writer is Camera Passthrough.

What can I do to remove these warnings messages?
