Montage view not working

I'm a new user. I've got most of it working okay, but the montage view isn't showing my camera (not a big deal yet because I only have one, but I'm planning on adding more). I also had the problem where it wouldn't pause, but I added the shared memory and SysV semaphores to my PHP build and it fixed that. Is it possible I'm still missing some PHP extensions I need to get this working? What's the best way to debug this?
