ZM-compatible 360°C PoE PTZ: advice?

I wish to mount a 360° PoE camera on the roof of my house.

• It should be compatible with ZoneMinder.

• It should be wired with just one cable, hence PoE.

• It could be a PTZ, but I would prefer several sensors for panoramic view, because the roof is not easily accessible and no moving parts means less chance of failure.

• My budget should not exceed $800 if possible, but could go up to 1K if there is a good reason.
