Strange Motion Capture Issues

I haven't changed anything in my ZM setup but now at night, if you turn a light on or have a flashlight, the camera picks up the motion and records it. If you walk up to the same areas without a flashlight or without turning front light on, it doesn't capture it. I can walk right up to the camera so my body is 90% of the screen and it doesn't record it.

Again, if you turn the porch light on, it will start recording for 10 seconds or so. If you then open the door, no alarm is detected. Should be capturing that motion.

EDIT - I tested it again during the day and its not alarming or capturing anything. I have zones setup and the active capture zone is set properly. When I open the front door, it should alarm and see the change in pixels, but its not doing it. It does alarm and record for 10 seconds if someone turns a light on in the capture area (flashlight, etc)

Any ideas?
