I don´t can view the video

Hello everyone.
I am using Zoneminder for the first time and I have installed it on a virtual machine using KVM. This virtual machine uses Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and I installed Zoneminder version 1.37.65. (sorry but I couldn't find a forum for this version)

Everything went great with the installation, now I want to install a Sony SNC-EB630 camera and even though it is green on the console, it cannot display the image. You can see the images in the attachments.

Does anyone have any ideas what is going on?

I tried it with another Pelco camera and got the same result.

What instructions did you use to install Zoneminder?
Have you matched the cam video settings with those in Zoneminder (Capture Resolution)?

Once again, this is the Script Alias setting in apache2 for cgi-bin.

I followed the installation instructions on the website, and the resolution I set is the one indicated by the camera. I tried lower resolutions with the same result.

Mr. Oconnor, this is my first time using Zoneminder, and as I indicated I followed the installation steps on the website. I am really sorry, but I don't understand what you mean.

I suspect this relates to the below instructions and after a quick search 'Script Alias' was in the config. I would suggest as a new user of this great app to install the default 1.36, as 1.37 is the development version and by it's nature can have challenges as new features are perfected

Step 4: Configure Apache correctly:

sudo a2enmod rewrite
sudo a2enconf zoneminder
sudo systemctl restart apache2

No please 1.37 is the development version but it doesn't break that often and has so much great stuff in it. Just don't update every day..

I intend to release 1.38 soon, I've just got a few things that I want to get in, maybe I'll get them done over christmas break, likely by end of January.

Look, debian defaults to an invalid config, and often the default apache config conflicts. Dammit, I'm just going to have to create a video....
