Hello All
I make heavy use of zmtrigger to sart and stop events from a process running on a differnt server, this has been running reliably for many years
Recently I have notived something odd : when I send an "off" trigger for several cameras, the events seem to stop but only the first camera is having the details in Events tbale updated. The rest of the cameras still have "New Event" as the name, no EndTime and no DefaultVideo set.
This then breaks my Filters which should be doing post-event processing.
Woud I be better sending multiple triggers, 1 for each camera, instead of all in 1 trigger message?
Regards
Phil.

Re: zmtrigger stopping events
Well... it should just work, right?
Nothing has changed in 1.34 in many years and is completely unsupported... so...
You are going to have to figure something out. Sounds like doing each monitor separately is a way to go.

Re: zmtrigger stopping events
I'm having some issues with zmtrigger. I found that if I tried to do 3 recordings in one command only the first two happened. And a few other questionable things. Not sure they are zmtrigger issues but think its time to upgrade to a current version and see if things work better.
Re: zmtrigger stopping events
Yes. Send the OFF for each camera separately to zmtrigger.plWould I be better sending multiple triggers, 1 for each camera, instead of all in 1 trigger message?
@JimS also send the triggers separately in your case. This should improve performance reliability
