Camera source with username and password

When I backup my Zoneminder-database, I'm able to view the URL of the camera-source in plaintext. Unfortunately I'm included the username and password in that URL. Is there anyway to encrypt the username and password? My camera doesn't have ONVIF capabilities btw.

In 1.37.x there are separate fields for credentials already.
