So here's a weird thing. I have 5 tapo C320WS cams I'm using via rtsp.
The first camera I set up had strange symptoms: in particular it showed as "not capturing" or even "offline" despite the fact that it seemed to be capturing and otherwise working just fine.
On whim i cloned it to another camera, changing only the ip address accordingly. That camera seemed to report and respond normally.
I made a clone of that clone, and likewise all was well.
Finally, I made a clone of that clone of that clone and gave it the ip addy of the first, misbehaving monitor.
And now it acts normally, as well.
So I deleted Monitor 1, now you'd never know there was a problem.
Doesn't that seem strange? Why should a clone of a bad config end up good? I'm not convinced it's zoneminder's fault or expect a deep dig-down for a bug, more just wondering if anyone else has noticed this.
Strange prejudice against monitor 1 in 1.37.65 /24.04.1 (with work around)

Same thing adding 5 Wyze V3, initial introduction of the first cam seemed to fail, but clones worked right off the bat/
