detection debugging option

I know this is not an easy one, but I think it would be really useful. I would like the option when replaying a recorded video to do it in debug mode, where it would apply the current motion detection rules to it and highlight the parts detected as having moved. Then you could try out new settings, and test them against old video to make sure that the new settings would work they way you hoped.
